India vs West Indies, 2009 Schedule
As per schedule, India will begin their tour to West Indies, on 26th June, 2009 to play 4 match ODI Series. The matches will be played at Kingston and Gros Islet. It was pretty disappointing to see world champion India to be out in Super Eight after loosing all three crucial matches. The team has lacked the experience which has probably cost Indian Team to suffer nightmare.
The Team announced for West Indies, tour mostly include same Twenty20 team with just three changes of Irfan Pathan, Suresh Raina and Zaheer Khan. Virendra Sehwag has not recovered from injury, while Sachin Tendulkar is also Unfit. Zaheer Khan and Raina has been offered Rest while inconsistency in Bowling has caused Irfan to be out of Squad.
